1. What we collect
- Account info: email, name (from Whop checkout)
- Phone number (if you opt in to SMS alerts)
- Discord user ID (if you link your Discord account)
- Subscription and billing status (from Whop)
- SMS delivery logs (timestamp, message ID, delivery status — content of alerts only, never your replies beyond STOP/YES handling)
- Server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention
2. How we use it
- Provide the service (deliver alerts, manage Discord access, support)
- Comply with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and tax law (we retain SMS consent records for at least 4 years)
- Communicate about your account (billing, important service changes)
3. Who we share with
- Whop — payments and subscription management
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Supabase — database hosting
- Vercel — web hosting
- Discord — community access
- Sentry — error monitoring
We do not sell your personal information.
4. SMS specifics
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of "Personal Information" exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is not shared with any third parties.
5. Retention
We retain member records for as long as your subscription is active and for at least four (4) years after termination to comply with TCPA recordkeeping obligations and tax law. You may request earlier deletion to the extent permitted by law.
6. Your rights
