1. Service

Dip Buy Mafia LLC ("we", "us", "Dip Buy Mafia") provides a paid subscription ("Membership") that includes access to a private Discord community, live-streamed trading commentary during US market hours, and SMS trade alerts. Membership is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not investment advice

Dip Buy Mafia is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing in our Discord, SMS alerts, or website is personalized investment advice. All content is general market commentary published simultaneously to all subscribers, which we believe qualifies for the "publisher's exemption" under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985). Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Pricing, billing, and cancellation

Membership is $600 per month, billed in advance through our third-party payment provider. All sales are final. No refunds or prorations are issued, for any reason. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

4. SMS consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS trade alerts from Dip Buy Mafia at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (estimated ~10 messages per trading day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, screenshot, or rebroadcast trade alerts or other Member-only content.
You may not share your account, Discord access, or SMS feed with non-members.
You may not use Member content to operate a competing service.
Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES.

8. Arbitration; class action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Effective" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
